Itinerary

DAY 1 – Thur

08:00 PM: Meet up at SGR Terminus, Syokimau

09:00 PM: Ticketing and familiarization with the group

Upon arrival at the terminus, we will familiarize with the group members, have dinner(self sponsored)  and catch up as we wait to board the SGR Train

10:00 PM: Departure from Nairobi Terminus

03:35 AM: Arrival at Mombasa Terminus

03:40 AM: Transfer to the villa

04:30 AM : Check in and go to bed

Upon arrival to our villa, we will check into the rooms, freshen up, go to bed.

DAY 2 Fri

9:00 AM: Breakfast is served(Come freshened up )

9:30 AM: Take a morning swim at the villa and relax (Optional)

10:30 AM: Walk to the beach for:-

• Boat riding (Budget 300)
• Marine tour (1,000)
• Ice breaking games

1:30 PM: Lunch at restaurants close to the villa (self-sponsored)

3:00 PM: Arrival at the villa and freshen-up.

Dress for the All White Yatch party ( Suggestions :- men (white bottoms and a t-shirt/sleeveless vests:- ladies (white bikinis & a cover up / white shorts and a t-shirt)

4:00 PM: Depart from the villa to Mtwapa Creek for the Yatch Party

5:30 PM : 1 hour Yatch Cruise till sunset

7:45 PM: Arrive at the villa in time for dinner.

9:00 PM: Freshen up and gather at the villa to play card games (Optional)

We will have a session at one of the villas as we play games then everyone can go to bed at their own pleasure

DAY 3 Sat

9:oo AM: Breakfast is served

9:30 AM: Enjoy a morning swim at the villa for 1 hour.

11:00 AM: Freshen up and dress lightly for Wild Waters (Carry your swim wear also)

11:30 AM: Depart to Wild Waters for the watersport experience.

This will take up-to 4 hours

5:00 PM: Hit a joint for lunch (self-sponsored)

6:00 PM: Back to the villa to freshen up.

7:00 PM: Dinner is served.

8:00 PM: Overnight games at the selected villa(Optional)

DAY 4 Sun

8:00 AM: Breakfast is served.

10:00 AM: Check-out.

After breakfast, you can enjoy a morning swim. After check-out, you can also pack up your luggage and take the bags to the garden area if you want to enjoy the pool some more.

12:00 PM: Transfer from the villa to the terminus

3:00 PM: Depart from Mombasa Terminus to Nairobi Terminus.

8:00 AM: Arrival at the Nairobi SGR Terminus.

PACKING GUIDE

• Passport/ID (COMPULSORY)

You will not board the train without the ID/passport

•  3-5 lightweight, breathable shirts/blouses
• 3-4 pairs of shorts/skirts
• 2 pairs sundresses (for ladies) or casual pants (for men)
• Comfortable breathable shoes and sandals
• Sun hat and sunglasses for sun protection
• 3 pairs of swimsuit and cover up (White bikinis too)
• Light jacket, Maasai shuka or shawl for cooler evenings
• Sleeping gown/pjs/bonnet

Toiletries

• Toothbrush and toothpaste
• Shampoo and conditioner (consider travel-sized bottles)
• Body wash or soap
• Deodorant
• Razor (if needed)
• Hairbrush or comb
• Sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher)- MUST**
• Moisturizer
• Lip Gloss/Vaseline

Electronics

1. Phone and charger
2. Camera (optional) and charger
3. Power bank
4. Earphones

Food and Snacks

Budget for daily lunch and pack as many snacks as you would need.

Miscellaneous

1. Reusable water bottle
2. Small backpack, beach bag or tote bag for the day trip excursions
3. Snacks (nuts, energy bars, etc.)
4. Cash for buying gifts and souvenirs

Remember, Mombasa has a warm and humid climate, so pack light and breathable fabrics. Remember it’s a vacation a spirit of relaxation its preferable
