All payments continue to be made via <a href=\"https:\/\/kws.ecitizen.go.ke\/\"><strong>eCitizen<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why KWS revised these fees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>KWS has explained that the increase will help bridge a <strong>KSh 12 billion annual conservation funding gap<\/strong> and support the maintenance of roads, park gates, ranger housing, and visitor facilities.<br>The goal is to make Kenya\u2019s parks more sustainable while ensuring that wildlife protection and visitor experience remain top-class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What This Means for Travellers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Plan ahead<\/strong>: Include the updated park fees when budgeting your safari.
